Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page.
The John Cullen Lighting team will be taking on two challenges this September to raise money for Mind, the Mental Health Charity.
On Saturday 11th September, we will be taking on the Ultra Challenge, 28Km Thames Path Challenge, starting in Fulham and ending in Hurst Park, Hampton.
Plus, for the duration of September a team will also be taking on our inaugural 'Perspire With Might' John Cullen challenge, covering the distance of at least one Iron Man (running, swimming and cycling) as a joint effort over the course of the month.
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Here are just some examples of the work Mind do and what your donation could provide...
£20 - could run Mind's online peer support community Side By Side for an hour, helping people connect with others and feel less alone.
£40 – could help Mind's Infoline answer calls, providing someone with vital support and information about help available for them.
£50 - could help Mind campaign for better mental health services from the Government, ensuring people get the support they need, as soon as they need it.
£100 - could pay the cost of one of Mind's Infoline or Legal Line advisors for a whole day.
Please be as generous as you can for such a vital cause. All your donations are so appreciated.
