Being a professional in such a fast paced demanding world is something you can only understand when you walk in those shoes. I defy any pharmacist to deny that at one point or another throughout their career they have not felt feelings of anxiety, stress, depression or other mental health issues.

Pharmacist support is the charity that provides the very important function of helping pharmacists when they are in need. They make sure that pharmacists are cared for so that in turn those pharmacists can care for patients.

I have never done any kind of serious running before so this is indeed a challenge. Completing this challenge is a nod to all those pharmacists who have been in this type of difficult position at one time or another.

£1750 is a large, possibly unrealistic target but the size of this target represents the mountain many have to climb to escape these feelings of stress, anxiety or depression.
