The staff on Ward A6 North at "The Heath" looked after my late wife Tracey during her 2 months stay there, October to December 2019. Nurses, support staff, physios, doctors. So many people who cared enormously and gave such support. It seems such a long time ago! I promised to "run the Half" to thank them, and didn't think it would take  two and a half years to happen.

I have run a few half marathons before, this will be my third Cardiff  event. To add a splash of colour, anyone who wishes to donate may also vote for my hair colour for the event. Neither is compulsory, of course!
