Story

I'm running T0ugh Guy again, hopefully for the last time! This will be the fifth time. Each time January comes around again I really question why I've signed up again. It is utterly horrible. Last year was the kindest by far as it was relatively warm, with hardly any ice about, but my quads still cramped up 3/4 of the way through as they have done each time! It's bound to be colder this time, and TG say that this is going to be the last one they ever do, so no doubt they'll have even more charming surprises than usual. http://www.toughguy.co.uk/

I'm doing it for the Northampton Hope Centre again. I love the fact that it's a local charity that doesn't spend a fortune on advertising or chief execs - the money really goes where it's needed - and it's to a cause that public funding is never going to wade into. There aren't many homeless votes! http://www.northamptonhopecentre.org.uk/ They really are fantastic and I don't think your money could be better spent in this country.

Thanks for your support,

Johnny
