Movember is all about getting men talking about health issues.  Lots of progress being made around promotion of cancer issues so now its time to move the discussion onto mental health issues.

Monday 1st December arrived and the decision was to Mo.  It was fun whilst it lasted but hey it was right to let it go.

Thanks to my brilliant and inspiring wife, Lesley, for the loan of the t-shirt. 

Glad I reached the target but still time to give.
