Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After years of pushing friends and colleagues to complete challenges for charity, we have now reached the inevitable where there is no one left....but me!

On this basis, I have decided to put my body on the line  and push it to new heights by participating in the Superhero's 10k run on the 13th May 2018 in Regents Park, London, for the Theodora Children's charity, which has been selected by the companies Southern Guvnor's Club.

Its a brilliant charity and any donation, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated. I will be in fancy dress and will consider suggestions based on amount donated.....keep it clean!
