It's that time of year again when I don the Lycra (not a pretty sight!) and grease my saddle for the PROPS annual cycle challenge.  If you’ve sponsored me before – thank you all very much and I hope you can sponsor me again – and if you haven’t then I hope you can dig deep and sponsor me for this very worthwhile charity.
