This year we lost two amazing women much too young to cancer. 

Kate Varona my friend and Head Teacher at our wee Special Needs Primary School who has helped countless children and their families through the challenges they have faced but always with a smile and a positive attitude.

Mandy Thompson battled so hard for she was as tough as they come but she was always there for a chat and smile and  welcomed me into the Thompson clan. Shed do anything for anyone. So sorry I never saw her so much once I moved away but she's not forgotten.

Both these amazing ladies should be living their lives and planning their well deserved retirements....please support Marie Curie who gave them a peaceful end and support other families going through the same.
