On the 16th & 17th September 2017, I'm riding a charity cycle ride from Knutsford in Cheshire to Darlington, County Durham. The ride is 250 miles in total, 125 miles each day with 8800ft of climbing straight through and over the Pennines mountain range.

Each day will be approximately 12 hours in the saddle, so plenty of challenges to over come from a sore Bottom, to the steep hills and then the distance.
