I will be taking part in the Castle 100 bike ride which is a 100 mile bike ride through the Kent country side. I have decided to raise money for Cancer Research as I know many people close to me that have been affected by this terrible illness and feel this is a good way to help them and others in times to come. Right oh, I better crack on with the training so I have half a chance to make it to the finish line....
