I've always loved running and I've always loved Brighton.

Now watch my gradual transformation from muddy-farm jogger to semi-serious runner who knows the names of the leg muscles. This will be the first time I've worn a vest in public.

I'm running for the excellent local charity Amaze, which supports parents and carers of children with special needs in Brighton and Hove.

I will be enormously grateful for your support. It will make a real difference to Amaze and it will spur me on too.
