Nathan Prince, Brad Stead, Ryan Jones and myself are taking part in the South West London Tough Mudder on the 26th April 2014 in honour of the beautiful Rosie Cater. 

Rosie passed away unexpectedly in her sleep in September 2013. This was obviously a huge shock to every one that knew her as she was such an amazing girl.

Rosie was one of a kind. It may sound cliche, but she really did have her own unique ways, including squeezing our bottoms and trying to embarrass us in front of our friends and family, which made us love her so much! 

Being her best friends and Ryan being her boyfriend has meant we have all struggled to come to terms and deal with such a huge loss and therefore we hope to raise as much money as possible for SUDEP Action; who build awareness and supports those grieving. 

The event we are doing is a 12 mile assault course filled with mud, fire, ice and electric shocks. After watching videos of people attempting it, I can honestly say I have never been more petrified in my life. We all know that Rosie would be laughing at us for attempting to do this and would revel in the fact that we will be freezing cold, wet and covered from head to toe in mud.

So please donate as much as you can or even come and watch us embarrass ourselves (and yes I probably will cry the whole time) and help us reach our target.
