John's Parkinsons UK
John Ness is raising money for Parkinson’s UK
Parkinsons UK · 20 June 2014
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. At the age of 52 I have decided to set myself a personal challenge .My friends wife was diagnosed with Parkinsons in June 2011 at the age of 50. With this in mind, Parkinsons Uk is my chosen charity. Ali's attitude to this challenging, diverse disease is inspiring. On Friday 20th June at the Boatyard Leigh on Sea Essex , I will be taking part In a boxing event. Yes, I know what you are thinking, I must be mad as my opponent is only 29 Ha Ha !! .....you are probably right, but this is for a very worthwhile cause .When My friend Mark Cosh heard I wanted to do this Boxing for charity and he kindly agreed to give up his time to train me for the fight. Along with the Elite fitness Centre in Rochford who have also allowed me to train there and use all there facilities free of charge! So a big thank you to all of them.
It would be great if you could make a donation, any amount would be very much appreciated and will definitely make a difference.
Kind regards
John Ness
