As many of you are aware, last year I participated in Football to Amsterdam Charity cycle ride in aid of prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer kills 1 man every 45 minutes - that's two men during a football match - but it doesn't have to be this way.                    

Our aim is to turn the game around for men everywhere and stop prostate cancer being a killer.

The journey from London to Amsterdam is 148 miles with 400 riders from both north and south of the country. Amazingly, last year we raised in excess of £500,000! A fantastic achievement for all involved.

As a non cyclist the journey was tough, however, very humbling as many riders shared their experiences and how important raising money for this charity is.

With your help and support, we would love to beat last years donation total.
