After raising money for BHF a few years ago it's about time I raised some more money for charity and this time I've chosen Children In Need. The deadline I've given myself is my son's birthday near the end of November. With 'Pedal for Pudsey' I didn't know what distance to aim for so I've picked a destination instead. It's 288 miles (463.5 km) from my front door to the Eiffel Tower so I'll be pedalling to Paris for Pudsey (on an exercise bike).

Any donations, no matter the amount, would be brilliant and hopefully I'll be fitter by the end of it!
