I am keen to support our hero who will be undertaking the 6000 Km Plymouth to Banjul Car Rally Challenge in an attempt to raise funds for this most worthwhile of charities.

I am also an avid supporter of this avoidable blindness charity Global Sight Solutions because it enables financially sustainable eye hospitals in the developing world which provide free eye care to the poorest.

It attracts grants from Rotary Foundation which means a cataract operation can be provided for a donation of just £5!
