Story

On 2nd October 2020, I will be taking on the Epilepsy Research UK 6 fo 600 Challenge, in memory of our daughter Ellen.

Earlier this year, we were meant be be holding the Butterfly Ball to raise funds for ERUK. Covid-19 unfortunately put this on pause.

So in hope of raising some crucial funds, I have decided to do 60 rounds of 6 different exercises for 600 minutes.
The rounds will be 10 minutes long, so total training time will equal 10 HOURS.

The exercises are Spinning, Kettlercise, Rowing, TRX, Running and Punch Bag.

If you have some spare change to sponsor me, it would be very much appreciated.

Money can be donated ideally at Just Giving or by popping into FFMA, where Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines will be in place.

Thank you,

The John, Lynne and Family
