This is such a worthy charity. In short, they are the help in the community. They help a whole range of people so it is very likely that you or someone you know could have done with a charity like this, at one point in time. They help those with learning disabilities, the more vulnerable, those on low incomes, people whose suffered domestic abuse or been witness to it. There isn't really anyone they turn away.

I have been lucky enough to spend some time with some of them and you couldn't wish for nicer people.

They are a community-based charity with a small number of volunteers so rely heavily on the help of others to keep them going. 

Whatever you can spare please do, even if it means missing the trip of costa for a couple mornings or a pint in the pub. If you are struggling, and a lot are in this current climate, just remember there are others far less fortunate who need our help.

And it all helps, no matter how big or small. So please find that bit of kindness and donate.
