Communicare in Southampton is a good neighbours charity helping people across the city of Southampton. The amazing volunteers help around 450 people, covering some 2,500 tasks including telephone befriending, transport to medical appointments, shopping for those who are housebound and collecting prescriptions. They're delighted to have reopened a regular lunch club and tea parties and are now offering befriending and DIY, where it's safe to do so. The volunteers make a real difference in helping to ease loneliness and isolation in Southampton. Thank you so much for supporting me and this great local charity!
