It is a no-brainer to run the London Marathon on behalf of this charity. With a close family member on the spectrum, I have personally seen how hard it is for autistic adults finding/maintaining employment. 

Autism Forward funds one-to-one specialist mentoring support to help autistic adults find and maintain paid or voluntary employment, fulfil their potential in life and deal with issues such as anxiety, relationships, housing and personal stability. Over 80% of the autistic jobs seekers they have supported have found paid or voluntary employment and many have also joined clubs or groups, accessed training and improved their self-confidence with the support of their mentors.

Training is well under way, and I am pushing to break the 4hour barrier
