My father has been in a Dementia home for 18 months .The staff are wonderful in the home he is situated in and I hope this will help in some way .

The Murph is performed with a 20 lb weight vest.Firstly you run a mile then 100 pull ups,200 press ups ,300 squats and finally another mile run  and the Bring Sally Up press up challenge to finish with hopefully in under an hour.Thank you all for your support.
