Hello!

On the 6th of September, my colleagues Dan, Chris and I will be cycling from Land's End back up to WRS' Head Office in Altrincham, Cheshire.

The route is just over 400 miles, and we are going to complete it in just 4 days. We're supporting 2 great causes - The Christie and the Acute Coronary Care Unit at UHSM.

I haven't taken on a cycling challenge on this sort of scale before, and I can assure you it's going to be very tough for all of us - so please sponsor our efforts as much or as little as you can afford.
