Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

PLEASE NOTE: This page has been extended due to the cancellation of the Great Scottish Run 2020 & 2021. I have now transferred my application to the Great Scottish Run 2022.

So this is my 3rd year running the #GreatScottishRun and this year it’s in memory of my wonderful sister Karen.  As most of you will know and I’m sure you have all experienced to differing degrees, my sister suffered from mental heath issues.  I have chosen samh as my charity for my 2022 run as the services they offer helped my sister.  I, myself have suffered mental health issues and now manage them on a daily basis with great success  There is always a way forward if you accept help and support on your personal journey

So my journey begins again for the 2022 #GreatScottishRun.  Please show your support for this fantastic charity and help them to be there for many more wonderful people who are in need of a helping hand to guide them through troubled times, form a simple group session, group activities and more personal one to one support samh can always help.
