I plan to walk all 500 Miles of the South West Coastal Path next summer. I am doing this for three charities: The Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, Help for Heroes, and a charity for disabled children (yet to be confirmed)

I have decided to raise money for Help for Heroes as I have friends and family in the military and i feel a strong bond to the nations armed forces. The work our boys do in Afghanistan is fantastic but there are sacrifices being made every day for the cause. I want to raise money to help those in the forces that have been injured or have made the ultimate sacrifice for Queen and Country. We hear about those lost in Afghanistan but very rarely do we hear about those wounded, losing limbs or losing thier sight or hearing. I want to help these Heroes through thier rehabilitation and onto the road to recovery. 

Help For Heroes has raised over £100Million so far to help the wounded, but they still need more. This is why I have chosen to support Help for Heroes.
