On September 12th I will be once again be taking part in the Great North Run, the 40th edition of the world's best half marathon. I am raising money for a great charity in Heart Research UK. I primarily chose this charity as I suddenly lost my wonderful mum last year to a Cardiac arrest and also my late niece Izzy was born with a condition called tetralogy of fallot (a congenital heart defect), so this charity in particular means a lot to me and my family. I would be so grateful to any amount donated and I'm even quietly confident of a PB (provided my new Knees ordered on Prime arrive on time). Thanks for reading!
