John Hugh Isaacson was a; Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Great Uncle, Mentor, true friend, neighbour, school teacher, a scholar and a true Gentleman.

He lived most of his adult life in Marlborough, where he was a much loved school master at Marlborough College for many decades. He became Chairman of Crosby and Lawrence and actively supported the Marlborough and District Housing association and was Chairman of the Marlborough Theatre Club for 20 years. A real pillar of the local community.
