We help active and retired fishermen in UK to receive emergency help

Story

On Sunday 4th September, Frankie’s Fish and Chips will be hosting its first Charity Cycle Sportive in aid of the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fisherman which we continuously support at Frankie’s.The charity cycle will take place in the morning of the 4th of September and is suitable for all ages and abilities. There will be a 10 mile, 20 mile and 40 mile cycle route which will start and finish at Frankie’s in Brae.

The event will be supported by the police, first aiders and safety cars. High-vis clothing will also be provided and there will be feed stations on route.

With local support of the local Seaman’s Mission, we hope to be able to raise a good amount of money for their charity and the raffle money raised will go towards the Brae High School Ollie Least Memorial Fund.

The start times are as follows:

  • 40 miles: 09:30am
  • 20 miles: 10:00am
  • 10 miles: 10:15am
