The countdown is on to the Solstice 5k on Friday.  I'm running to raise money for the Northern Ireland Hospice.  Please donate, not simply because I'm taking part, but for the remarkable staff and volunteers who have touched the lives of the Gillespie family during the last number of weeks.  We are thankful and blessed for their care and grace to all their patients.
