I am supporting PHAB which does great work with disabled people (check out the website by clicking the link on the right).  Training is going well now after an irritating injury.  I am building the miles steadily, following one of the many training plans available.  However, I shalll be flexible about how I use it.  In my 60th year I cannot take anything for granted so I shall treat my body with lots of respect.  I aim to get to the start line in the best shape I've ever been so that I can finish with my daughter, Clare, in our target time of just under 4 hours.
