Hi there! Well if ever there was a time to take on a challenge to gain a little focus it is now. It goes without saying that for everyone the pandemic has given us so many challenges, but for charities such as Claire House who rely on the public's support and generosity it has brought a dramatic downturn in donations. The hospice predicts its income will drop by a million pounds this year.

My target of £250 may seem small but Claire House can do so much with it. I know that uncertainty reigns at the moment, but please if you can donate even just a couple of quid it would be so fantastic.

The Mersey Tunnel 10k is scheduled to take place on Sunday April 18th. Obviously that is subject to restrictions being lifted however if they are not lifted the event will be rescheduled.

I will keep updating this page with details of training runs and so pop back from time to time if you like :)
