Story
Ok Peeps, time to dig deep for a GOOD cause in raising money for Alder Hey Children's Charity.
I am getting off the couch, and getting active for the Coniston Challenge along with some of my work colleagues, by completing a 17km Mountain Bike challenge through the Grizedale Forest, a 3km Kayak Trail across Coniston Waters and a 10km trek to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston and all in one day!-not bad for a 42 year old lard arse.
All in aid of Alder Hey's Children’s Charity.
Alder Hey is the busiest children's hospital in the UK caring for over 270,000 young patients each year.
Alder Hey Children's Charity raises funds to support the hospital's pioneering work and aims to improve the quality of life for their patients and through their innovations and research, the quality of life for children across the world.
Together we can make a difference.
