This Fightback fund is in honour of my lovely, brave, beautiful Mum, Ann, who was diagnosed with PBP - MND in April 2016 & sadly lost her battle to this horrendous illness on 22nd March 2017.  This cruel illness took away my Mum's speech, her ability to swallow food or drink, her physical strength, as the muscles in her arms & legs wasted away due to the damaged nerves.  My poor Mum became dependant on my Dad for her 100% care.

I am hoping that by raising awareness of this devastating illness combined with your kind generosity to the fund, that eventually a cure can be found for MND and stop many families going through the pain and heartache we have just experienced.
