We give care and support to patients when it matters most.

Story

When my wife Charlotte died in October 2013, from a sudden and aggressive form of cancer, our lovely daughter Emily was just eighteen months old.

Now Emily has turned three, and we often talk about her amazing mum and look through photos together, so we can remember Charlotte and help Emily to know how much she was loved.

On October 4th 2015,  Emily and I will be taking part in a sponsored walk, along with many of our friends, to remember her lovely mum and to help raise money for St Peter's Hospice, who cared for Charlotte and made her feel comfortable and looked-after in the last two weeks of her life.

Emily and I were able to spend lots of time with Charlotte in the hospice, so I saw first-hand the skill, dedication and extraordinary caring of the staff and volunteers there.  They have also supported me with regular counselling in the months after Charlotte died, for which I am very grateful.

I am also walking to remember our baby boy, Jack Wilfred Crozier, who died as a result of a termination in St Michael's Hospital on 5th October 2013, ten days before Charlotte was admitted to the hospice.

I hope you will feel able to support Emily, myself and all our friends in raising money for an extremely worthy cause, as we walk together in remembrance of her lovely mum, whose boundless love and enthusiasm gave Emily the very best possible start in life.

Thank you,

John, Emily and friends xxx
