We have been supporting the Children's Hospice South West for many years by raising money at the annual Nailsea "International" Bike Show and we are always looking for other ways to make the show more interesting and at the same time benefit the CHSW. At last weeks meeting of chief fundraiser Samantha Mildon suggest that members of the team had various body parts waxed live on stage and as you can imagine that wasn't popular, so i volunteered to get my head shaved and also my beard if we made over a certain amount(TBA). As soon as i told my family my 13yr old son Peter immediately said he would join me and have his head shaved. This is no easy thing for a man who has been in denial of a receding hairline for many years and who has just started a new job, And my son will have to run the gauntlet of many jeering school kids on his return to school on the Monday. With these things in mind please dig deep for a very worthy cause or if not for that reason, maybe to get your own back on the man who has been pestering you about coming to the Nailsea Bike show for the past 7 years at least.

Head shaves will be at 14:30 on Sunday the 11th of September at the Ring O Bells pub Nailsea.
