We are delighted to be supporting the British Heart Foundation (BHF) as our official charity partner between 17th May 2021 and 31st December 2021. Together we are aiming to raise over £200,000 for the BHF's vital research work.

Story

Heart and circulatory diseases kill 1 in 4 people in the UK and the vast majority of us have been affected by heart disease.

The British Heart Foundation provides the research and promise to protect the people we love, our parents, brothers, sister, grandparents and our closest friends.

This vital research and promise of future prevention, treatments and cures needs donations from people like you.

For this reason Kate Wilton, Area Managers (including myself) and some of the support team for Slug & Lettuce are taking part in Tour De Slug.  A 85 mile cycle ride from Bath to Bournemouth.

From now until the 1st September I will be logging every mile I cycle up to 60 miles.  Then, on the 2nd September along with the rest of the Slug & Lettuce Ops team, I will be attempting the remaining 25 miles of the journey.

I will keep you updated on my progress in the posts below.
