In my role as a firefighter, I have become aware of PTSD and mental health issues
Running is a great way to help to cope with mental health issues. I thank Chorlton runners for giving me the opportunity to help by giving me a ballot place in the London marathon
So what better way to raise awareness of the stigma with mental health in the services and hopefully raise some money to assist in helping others on the way.
