Story

I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon for #TeamStroke!

At the age of 65 and having prevously suffered from two strokes in the last two years i have been inspired to raise money for those who may have not been as fortunate as i have with recovery. 

Please help me raise as much as possible to help rebuild the lives of others - thank you.
