The Midnight Memory Walk is coming back to Rotherham after 7 years! Who will you walk for?

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am walking the Midnight Memory Walk for Rotherham Hospice. The Hospice were there for my family when we needed them, and now it's our chance to be there for the Hospice.

I have reason to be so grateful to the Hospice. Quite simply, I could not have coped without it. When, Denise, my wife's, condition worsened, the doctors said she should go into the Hospice. For the first time in months, she was comfortable.

From the nurses that cared for her on the ward, catering for you in more ways than just food, to people like Cath Todd at Sunbeams who helped me tell my daughter Jess how poorly her mum was when I couldn't work out how to do it myself.

The care we received both during and after my wife's illness from the marvellous group of people that work at the Hospice on all levels is why I wanted to give something back afterwards.

If you can't join us on the night but would like to donate in memory of your loved one, please donate to my fundraiser and let me know their name. I will be honoured to walk in your loved one's memory too.
