This year takes my adventures to a 250K walk over the Pyrenees in May.
A 110 Miles Cyle Ride Cardiff to Banbury in June.
A 140 Miles Cyle Ride Coast to Coast Whitehaven to Sunderland in July.
The Kingston Dragon Boad Race in July and then walking Hadrians Wall in August/September
This could my last year so please make it worth it
