Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Ok, here goes, at Christmas I had a double knee operation which knocked me off my feet for a good few weeks, then at Easter, I gave up smoking. Once my knees were starting to get stronger I got back on my mountain bike, then I got a road bike to build them up more and now have started running. I did my first 10K on 8 September with a time of just over 52 minutes. Now its time to put all this training to test - with Tough Mudder. 12 miles of hell - electric shocks, freezing water, need I say more. So dig deep please for a worthy charity and help me get round this evil course lol!
