Hello all,

 

The Great North Run half marathon takes place on Sunday 18th Sept – and this year, my son Jamie and I will be running (at a combined age of 110!). Plenty of time to get fit enough to complete the course on the same day that we start!  We will be running to raise money for Parkinson's UK, a cause close to our family. We would be very grateful if you would consider donating to this worthwhile charity.
