One of my best friends was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He encouraged me to get a PSA test just for peace of mind.  This set me on a course toward a cancer diagnosis but thankfully, had caught it early.  I received first-class care from the Prostate Teams at Royal Cornwall and Derriford Hospitals and am now keen to raise awareness since being given the all-clear. 

This Summer, a team of us is embarking on a challenge of cycling John O'Groats to Land's End via the west coast, climbing the Three Peaks - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) on our way. This is a cycle of approx 1300 miles with a height gain of around 66,300 feed (more than twice the height of Mount Everest!) and a climb of about 11,200 feet.  We are planning to camp, wild swim, draw and raise as much money as possible.
