I've been a performing musician for many years but as music venues are all closed right now, I've started streaming virtual gigs from my Facebook page. I know we're battling coronavirus at the moment and life is really difficult but I just thought that these gigs would be good craic and a great opportunity to fundraise and support the over 38,000 people rebuilding their lives after stroke in NI. There's still approximately 12 strokes happening everyday here, that's about 4000 every year and rebuilding your life after stroke is really tough. Stroke survivors need our support so please join me for a sing song, join in and send requests and donate what you can.

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. With more donations and support from you, we can rebuild even more lives.
