Joe's 30 Day Challenge for APF

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
September is Pulmonary Fibrosis Awareness Month, which is why I have decided to use this month to fundraise as much money as possible for such a great cause. My dad Stuart passed away in September last year from IPF which makes this challenge even more important for me to complete.
I enjoy running, but I'm pretty bad at it. On average, I use the gym once a fortnight for 1 hour AND my diet is appalling. Hopefully doing this every day for a month will help me with getting better at running longer distances (2 miles is usually the maximum I can do without needing a break!) along with being healthier in general.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Any size of donation would be greatly appreciated, and would help motivate me a lot over September - it's going to be a tough challenge for me!
Thank you for your support
