As those of you who have had the (mis)fortune to see me over the past few weeks can attest to I have decided to join the legion of men who indulge their inner Mo. This also requires you, the reader of this very statement, to dig deep and sponsor me some hard earned (or borrowed or stolen) moola.

The chosen charity is Prostate Cancer, it's a noble cause and one of the main killers of the XY chromosomal members of the human race. So have a rummage down the sofa, look in some old jeans and throw whatever change or cumpled up notes you find this way.

I've agreed to keep the handlebar until the end of the month. I feel like an absolute tool every time I leave the house and my lovely girlfriend is threatening to change the locks so have a heart and donate what you can.
