Hello and welcome! Thanks for sparing the time to visit my JustGiving page!

I recently decided to apply to be a volunteer in a developing country with International Citizen Service (ICS). I was directed to Raleigh International, and after attending an assessment day I am excited to say that they have chosen me to be on their ' ICS Livelihoods' team placed in Tanzania!

From the 22nd September 2016 I will be travelling across the globe to Tanzania where I will be spending the next 3 months supporting young locals in setting up small, sustainable, local businesses. Through coaching and guidance they will achieve the ability to support themselves and their families, and allow their community to grow.

In order to join Raleigh's efforts to increase their quality of life, I will need your support.

The first stage of my placement is a challenge to raise £800 towards the work of Raleigh International and their ICS partners. The money raised will go towards enabling the overall costs of ICS, ensuring they can continue sending youth volunteers to the developing world to make a lasting difference in disadvantaged communities.

To actually generate a bit of fundraising I will be starting a mini-series called 'Challenge Joe' - Where you can donate, issue me a challenge and I'll do it, film it, edit it and upload it for your entertainment.
