Story
This weekend I’ll be running the Paris Marathon and although
not technically a charity place, it seems too good of an opportunity to not at least
try and raise a bit of money for an incredibly important cause.
HOPE London is a charity dedicated to supporting and connecting
families and children that have been affected by Epilepsy – a condition that
over 60,000 under 18s suffer from in the UK alone. Further to this essential
support, HOPE’s anti-suffocation pillow scheme supplies these life-saving
pillows to young people across the country free of charge.
Many if not all of us will have been impacted by epilepsy in
some way and it is through charities like HOPE that means families no longer
have to suffer and struggle in isolation. Donations of any size really do go a
long way and makes the prospect of dodging rioters through the Parisian streets
far more bearable!
Thank you!
