All money raised is for the Pace Centre - A charity based in Aylesbury providing intensive programmes for children with disabilities.

5 April 2010:

Well I'm in training mode now - just one bar of chocolate a day - the better weather has been a big help in enabling me to get out on the bike. 

Starting to think I might go for a softer saddle.... 

 

17 April 2010:

70 miles over two days - need to start doing that in one day...
