Hi! I will be running the Cardiff half marathon to raise money for cancer research and neuroscience and mental health research carried out by Cardiff university. These are very important causes which most us will be affected by at some point in our lives. With around 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing a mental health problem each year further research into mental health is vital.

I am running this alongside (but hopefully in front of) a few of my fellow dental students. Any donation, small or large, would be greatly appreciated.
