Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my Just Giving Page.

My name is Joe and I am 11 years old and on Sunday 26 May 2013 I will be climbing Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK.

My year mate Michael, suffered a hypoxia brain injury following a routine operation in August 2011 and he is currently being treated at Maple House, The Children's Trust, Tadworth, Surrey. 

I would like to raise as much money as possible towards helping Mikey and other children at the Trust and in particular I would like the money I raise to go towards providing a collapsible, portable hoist (costs in excess of £2000) that would benefit Mikey and other kids on days out, etc, as he needs to be lifted in and out of his wheelchair.
